Charities
Collins and Co offer a wide range of services to charities, those registered and those unregistered with the charity commission. These include:
- Annual Accounts–
Collins and Co can prepare annual accounts for any charity based on the records and information provided by clients in order that they are presented in the correct format to comply with Charity Law or for any other required purpose.
- Charity Commission Returns–
Collins and Co are able to prepare returns for the Charity Commission based on the annual accounts prepared by the charity and submit them as required on an on-going basis.
- Independent Examination–
Collins and Co are able to provide an Independent Examination of accounts in order to comply with charity legislation and produce the report as required by Law.
- Audit –
Collins and Co are statutory auditors regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and offer the full audit service to clients when required.
